About

The Deschutes County School Based Health Centers (SBHCs) provide affordable, convenient health care and health education to young people who live in the Bend / La Pine, Redmond, or Sisters school districts. SBHCs are a collaborative partnership with medical sponsors, local school districts, and Deschutes County Health Services. In conjunction with La Pine Community Health, the Klamath County Gilchrest School Based Health Center provides the same services provided at the La Pine School Based Health Center. By providing routine and basic health care, the SBHCs seek to support improved health for all young people and their families.

The SBHCs are for ALL young people in Deschutes and Klamath County.

Services will never be denied based on insurance coverage or the ability to pay.
