Age of Consent Information

A statement about the age of consent: 15 for medical, 14 for mental health, age for contraceptives.

In the state of Oregon, teenagers 15 and older may consent for medical treatment without consent from a parent or guardian. Teenagers 14 and older may consent for mental health treatment and individuals of any age may consent to sexual health treatment, including birth control, without the consent of a parent or guardian.
